What is 4ABit?

4ABit is a no-nonsense daily habit tracker that focuses on four specific themes:

Why was this built?

A couple of years back, I came across an article by James Altrucher, How to be the luckiest guy on the planet in 4 easy steps. He spoke about how even when he was at his most low, there were four things, and only four things, that he needed to get back on his feet.

What you need to do is build the house you will live in. You build that house by laying a solid foundation: by building physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. - James Altrucher

In other words, you need to take care of yourself.
